Hello

I live on Noway,'s West Coast near Bergen. I enjoy hunting and shooting as well as collecting antique weapons.

I hope to gain plenty of knowledge from the members here as well as sharing my pictures with you all.
Hello from Minnesota.
I was in Bergen in 2019. What a beautiful place! We had some moose meat there (called elg in Norway).
I'm very happy with the Kibler SMR I finished. Unlike other flintlock's I've owned, this fires reliably with no delay. It's an accurate replica of rifles built 1800-1850.
Good luck to you!

That is drawing a pretty long Bow...

I lived in Alaska for a few years, honestly it blows Norway out of the water. If I could I would move back up there tomorrow, the Hunting in Norway is pretty poor to be honest. You either have to be rich/lucky/well connected to get decent hunting here ,unless you like driven "hunting" which isn't really hunting.

I lived in London for nearly 5 years too,Brixton in fact. That place was pretty wild in the early 2000's,I lived a block back from Cold Harbour Lane.

And I lived on the top floor of a house in Horsford Road, just up Brixton Road. I went to Sudbourne Road Primary School, and later on I had a Saturday job in Arthur Collier's tool shop at 432 Coldharbour Lane.

It really IS a small world, isn't it? :)

Welcome aboard from Idaho !
I've enjoyed joining the Norwegian black powder forum Svartkrutt.net & reading about the black powder shoots in your neck of the woods as I also collect & shoot original European firearms. Enclosed is a photo of my .70 cal. Danish jaeger by maker I.C. Haugaard in Kiobenhaven. It has proven to be one of the most consistently accurate rifles I've owned & has been my primary hunting & competition rifle for over 30 years.
