Hi,

I am a new member here. I grew up hunting in the badlands of western ND with my dad and uncle...mostly centerfire rifles and archery for antelope/pronghorn. I recently got into muzzle loaders when I rediscovered my love for old wood stocked rifles and the smell of black powder.

Excited to meet others and learn from the "old timers"

Welcome from AZ. Always makes me chuckle when people say they love the smell of blackpowder. I’m sure it’s just my less than sensitive sense of smell, but blackpowder smells exactly like farts to me.

Welcome aboard! Both of my Parents' families are from ND. My Dad from Mandan and my Mom from near Cayuga. Lot's of good times in the Mandan area, we grew up in Pierre SD.
