A quick "hello" to everyone. I am a volunteer and 1812 reenactor at the Chalmette Battle Field, site of the Battle of New Orleans. I'm waiting for my 1795 Springfield Infantry Musket to arrive, hopefully in a day or two. This being my first black powder weapon I will have a bunch of questions to ask and look forward to your help.

Everyone wishes you the best in your enacting field! We also want to know what musket did you get, an India-made or Pedersoli? They're classic muskets.
