Been interested in traditional muzzleloading for awhile now. Earlier this year I finally pulled the trigger on a traditions 50cal percussion woodsman along with all the other necessities that it requires. As one can imagine, I had difficulty finding any number 11 percussion caps. There were none. So, after some research I bought replacement musket cap nipples as musket caps were available I bought 1000. Going to be deer hunting this year with it shooting 275 grain maxi hunters. Been a hunter for many years and usually spend much of my time hiking or scouting in the woods. Looking forward to learning more from all of you!
