Up for your consideration is a genuine Hudson Bay hand made capote. Blanket color is burgundy and it is listed as “cranberry” on their website. This capote is hand made by me. Sewn together with simulated deer sinew with wool yarn blanket stitching on edges. Smooth leather is deer and side leather on the tassel is Buffalo. Features hand cut deer antler slices and tips cut from my shop and a beaded turtle rosette on the hood. Cut from a Missouri River capote pattern size is listed as large on the back of the pattern or 36”-42”. I am 5ft 11 185 pounds for scale and it fits me comfortably.
