A new haversack style/forage bag I handmade, “inspired” by the late 18th and early 19th century hunting accoutrements. The distressed and aged body of the bag is made from a heavy weave cotton with double stripes, and fully lined with an interior pocket. All hand-stitching done with natural linen and hemp beeswaxed thread. The flap is brain tanned deer leather with a hand painted Canada Goose Decoy motif.
The bag measures 11 1/2 x 14 1/2. The jute woven strap is 50” long. This would make a wonderful addition for anyone into Muzzleloading…hunting…reenacting...or as a beautiful wall hanging decor.
