Green bone saws pretty easy. I just use a regular hacksaw. You may want to take the paint off the hacksaw blade. A more expensive "meat" saw is just a hacksaw with a higher frame.
 
I had these two for years just hanging on the wall. Neither is marked, but I’m pretty sure they’re USA made. Only the smaller one has ever been used. I take the easy way out and use my cordless Sawzall.
I have a craftsman full size band-saw. Just change blades for meat.
