The Brokenwood mysteries is a New Zealand show we have been watching. A mythical little wine town in New Zealand that’s awful dangerous to live in. Much like the English Midsummer or Angela Lansdsberry’s Cabot Cove.
Last night we watched one where the murder of the week took place in a living history village.
They have a blacksmith shop, Episcopalian church a school and such. And in one area a military camp.
The soldiers were in a dark blue, almost navy blue uniforms and looked sharp. They had three band enfields and demonstrates for one of the police the loading.
With training they told the officer, they could get it loaded in forty five seconds😊
My wife looked at me and said words to the effect of ‘I don’t want to hear it😂
