Hey all,

Heading back to the great state of Indiana after living in Japan since 2009. Shot a black powder pistol in high school in 2004, and that's all the experience I've had.

I'm going to be back in March, and I want to teach my boys about firearms, especially traditional ones. Really looking forward to getting my first muzzleloader and eventually taking them out hunting with it.

My boys have never been to the states, nor have they been hunting, so I thought it would be really special to go back to the roots of hunting with firearms in America.

Looking forward to talking with yall.

Take care!
-Tim
What part of Indiana? I'm in orange county.

Aaron,

I was in the US Navy from 2006 until 2021. I was put out on a medical discharge after 3 back surgeries, just didn't have it in me to get to 20 years. Fortunately, I was medically retired, so I get my benefits.

I'm coming back mostly because employment is hard for me to get here. Very limited jobs unless I'm fully fluent in Japanese.

Take care!
Tim
Not sure what part of Indiana you're coming back to. But, you could try NSA Crane. I work on base for NAVFAC.

I'm moving back to NW Indiana, place called Lowell. I'm looking at working at NIPSCO doing GIS. Would like a nice simple desk job making maps and charts all day. Hopefully it works out.
