I have recently been persuaded away from building a dog lock musket. So I have been looking into building a Jaeger rifle instead. Track of the wolf has a large amount of parts, but they don't seem to have a stock for them.
I'm planning on using a 31" .69cal swamped octagon barrel, and there brass Jaeger furnishings or some nickel silver if I can find some. I'd like to make a wooden patch box, sling points, and barrel keys (similar to a baker rifle). I will also be shooting round balls.
