I can understand the issues you face. Peru has some of the same interesting rules and hoops that must be followed. Muzzle loaders are viewed as any other firearm and have to have their own specific ID card to be carried afield. It is far less hideous to mug people than to be caught not "dotting the I or crossing the T" as a gun owner.
