For some reason I can't post a bunch of pictures on the same post. Here is a picture of primitive camp from the first weekend.

You can actually see two tipis in this photo this shows the changes in the primitive camps over the last thirty years. Back then Mountain Man was the rage of muzzle loading. There were more tipis than wedge tents. Then things started evolving more easterly. Now regular tents are in the majority. Our hobby has changed over the years but it is still our hobby. The numbers were up this year in the primitive camp and shooting registration on all ranges. I hope this growth continues for all our sakes.
 
Correct Ricky. Most of us are too damn old to put up a lodge anymore and the other tents follow "Eastern" which is what the majority do. I'd imagine out West at Rendezvous you see a lot of lodges.Remember "Western Chuck " ?Even he went Eastern. :surrender:
