Fowler rifle relic general comments and observations

Hello, thanks for the join, I collect and sell curiosities here in the UK, I do from time to time buy flintlocks and Percussion rifles. I had an interesting rifle come in overall length is 67 3/4 inches with a barrel length of 51 1/2 inches the barrel is attached to the stock by it seems leather bondings.

I intend to lightly restore for display, I'm interested in any thoughts, I can't identify the lock signature. Here are some photographs for discussion.

Is the barrel rifled or smooth bored?

What is the approximate size of the flint? Looks like a late (EIC Third Model??) Land Pattern private build.

Thank you, it would appear to be smooth bore, don't know the in's and out's of how to measure the flint
