The video helps. I stopped it at the stationary cock position. I then made a card "compass" and traveled the tip of the flint over to the frizzen. If it were me I would take the flint out and knap the rear of it to get about 1/8" less overall length. The object would be to let scrape the frizzen just a little lower than it presently is.
You are getting good spark now and going into the pan which is what you want. This also gives the opportunity to knap the front edge as needed and still get a good scrape to the frizzen.
