Enjoyed my first session with my Uberti Walker. Shot 50gr Pyrodex, wonder wad and .457 balls for the first twelve shots, then the same powder and wad but with a 260gr .8 inch dragoon conical. The recoil on the ball was negligible, but very noticeable with the big conical. Both were roughly the same accuracy-wise, but that has more to do with it being my first time with the big pistol. Love this revolver, no hiccups or problems at all. Using Slixshot nipples and #10 Remington caps, not a single misfire.

I definitely need more practice!

That revolver must have a big cylinder to hold 50 gr powder and that big long bullet!. Sam Colt meant business with that gun.
