Loaded with about 28 g 3f powder and a 3/4 full primer of same powder and a.490 Hornady prb. I’m using a 5/8 flint set with a gap of about 1/16-inch clearance. To my surprise I just heard one loud boom. No delay that I could tell. So far I’m a happy camper ! Later I’ll check and see how she does on hitting the target. However next to shoot is my new Crocket rifle.
