It wasn't what I was out for, but the opportunity presented itself. My deer were not cooperating last weekend, but the squirrles were out in full force. These were shot this past Sunday and were in the skillet Monday evening.

It was the first time that I have ever squirrel hunted with my muzzleloader. I had a blast!

nice shooting now you will be practiced up for the deer filling the freezer with light and dark meat. Squirrel hides make awesome bags for roundballs I used the tail for a drawstring on mine.

Thanks guys. I was wanting to get out there again this weekend, but the guys that lease the place for hunting will be there. It'll be in the teens in the morning and I'd give anything to be there. Oh well.

Ya'll have a good weekend. :hatsoff:
