Took the Pedersoli Flintlock .45 I just bought from a forum member out briefly today.....put about 10 balls through it until it got really windy and rainy , also at that last round the flint gave out and I had to turn it around in the hammer jaw to get the last round off.

I had two extra flints with me but didn't feel like messing with it, trying to clean it up and get moving.

Apparently these are hard on flints, plus I was using Nul B powder, had one flash in the pan and there was a split second delay in firing but most of the rounds fired with no problem.

The gun seems accurate, I just put Marbles sights on it to make it a casual target pistol /local little "ham shoot" pistol.

I'm gonna have to open the rear sight up a little more.
