That is what I don't want to do, that's why i added the choke!:rolleyes:

But, I do need to do some close rang testing. hate to "miss" one!:doh:
 
Congratulations.

This is the kind of out of the box thinking type of testing that all smoothbore shooters need to engage in. Your initial results would never have been able to predict what you have been able to come by up with by constant experimenting.

For those who think that small caliber smoothies can't measure up to their big brothers, I submit that this type of testing will lead to better results than most shooters would otherwise think possible.
 
Barrel is 27, the drop tube is 29".
The powder and shot pour out as you lift.
I also us it to lightly tamp the shot before carding.
