Finally got my newbie problems sorted- shot 3 cylinders full without missing a beat!

It was all in the capping- my #10 caps were falling off and just needed the skirts squeezed in a little, to get them to grip.That done- no problems.

The beeswax and oil mix seems to work really well at keeping the fouling down.

I have also found that slower is faster when cocking the hammer. I had got the timing out previously and had to go around to fire that cylinder. Not so good when you are against the clock!
