In honor of groundhogs everywhere; (and a rather hilarious movie of the same name) we are going to reboot the last three contest all at once. Ill repost each of the contest rules below. Feel free to shoot one two or all three.
First, the usual rules that apply to all three targets:
The shooting distance for this contest is 25 yards.
No do-over’s.
Only registered forum members may participate.
Only traditional, open iron sighted muzzle loading firearms (NO Cannons). Percussion or flintlock ignition. Cap and Ball revolvers are OK.
Single patched round ball only. No restrictions on caliber. (a patchless ball may be used if so desired)
Shots will be taken off-hand at the stated distance. Standing or seated is allowed, elbows unsupported by anything other than the shooters torso. In the event that a member is not physically able to hold his rifle up unsupported, a "prop-rod" that is supported only by the shooters torso, no part of which prop-rod may touch the ground, may be used to hold up the fore-end of the rifle.
Only original targets will be accepted. No copies, faxes, scans, etc.
Mutilated targets, or targets with more than 5 holes will be disqualified.
The center of the shot and the placement on the target will be determined by the judge.
Judges decisions are final.
Each contestant's score will be posted at the end of the contest.
Your member screen name must be written on your targets.

Contest 1:
January reboot; a simple hit or miss with 5 individual circles. The target I chose has 5 mini targets; you may feel free to completely fill them in to make black circles or put stickers on them as you see fit.
find your target here: http://www.mytargets.com/Target31.pdf
Take one shot per target circle only, there are five total and misses count.
Each hit in a circle counts as 1 point. multiple holes in the same target circle count as only one point so remember to shoot only once at each of the five target circles on the page.
Contest 2:
December reboot: Download the pdf file I uploaded, that's your target this time!
Print the target so the top of the pyramid (tree) is at the top of an 8 1/5" by 11" page. (In December I received some printed landscape mode or sideways so I'm specifying for the reboot)
You may color your target as you wish but the original lines MUST b e clearly discernible by me when I get it.
Scoring will be as follows:
Shoot 5 shots at the target location of choice, misses count.
The shooting distance for this contest is 25 yards.
Your score is as listed on the target.
Contest 3:
November reboot; Turkey Day target
Your target for this shoot is a Turkey silhouette, with 3 tiny bulls-eye targets in the right upper and both lower corners respectively.
