Fort de Chartres has several shoots during the year.

The April Trade Faire is a juried event held the first weekend in April if there no conflicts with Easter.

The first weekend in June is the Rendezvous. This is an open event and is a great event to come and have fun. Lots of camps and vendors.

The second weekend in October is the F&I weekend. The old fort celebrates the history of the French settlements in the region with an emphasis on the military presence.

The first weekend in November is the Winter encampment. The highlight is the competition between about 30 teams of 5 participant who try to survive a challenging tour of the land over the levee and solve the tests of shooting and period preparedness during the walk. Lots of camps and vendors.
