There was a 9 foot 6 by 17th century gun just ended.

I didn't want it because it was an iron finnbanker and the water isn't cold enough to have preserved it for 340 years :(

I think there's a cannon built into a wall in town, having done the cannon recognition course I shall have to go for another look. There are certainly cannon out in the bay and you can hoist anything you want so long as you avoid war graves, protected sites and declare everything to the Receiver of Wrecks. (He has to try and find the owner so he can buy it off you). Wonder if there's anything in bronze down there ::
