1856 Beaumont-Adams - way ahead of its time and popular in the Confederacy

Kerr's 1859 Patent Revolver. Another Confederate mainstay

Revival of the Rogers and Spencer.

Beat me to it on the revolving Colt, but I'd like to see a revival here also of the rifle.

A CORRECT reproduction of a Civil War sharpshooting rifle - like maybe the Tryon, but certainly the Whitworth would be a sure-fire winner, IMO. Every so-called replication I've ever seen uses a three-band rifle - the real thing was only a two-band or short rifle, and in any case has a totally incorrect muzzle section. The added bonus of a correct-style telescopic sight would be good, but not essential - the real Davidson scope was a RPITA to line up and look through. Quasimodo might have managed it, but not a regular-shaped human being.

Agar coffee mill.

Hall's Carbine, percussion.

Puckle defence gun.

Revolver carbine, like the 1855? Colt. Anything besides the 1858 Remington.

Revolver shotgun. Not sure who made the originals.

Bring back the Starr Single Action!

Forget the double action dumpster fire, but the single action Starrs were actually a rugged and reliable gun. Pietta discontinued them years ago.

A good double-barrel French fusil c.1750 in about .62 cal. Similar to what Chris Gilgun used to make but with the decorative carving.
