Being a smoothbore shooter and not happy with carrying two bags, one for shot and one for ball, I designed this bag about 25 years ago. I do not know if it's an original but has been very popular.
Bag was made from 7/8 Oz. grade one tooling leather. It was sewn with waxed linen thread, 4 ply, and after sewing it was wet sand formed. After forming bag was dyed and waxed for years of service.
Bag measures 5 1/2" by 5" w/o the plugs. The round ball side has a wooden plug and the shot side a 100% brass spout.
Hand woven by seller the strap measures 52" by 1 1/2" with 15" tie straps on each end. Strap can easily be used on a powder horn, etc. Strap colors are copper, blue and yellow.
Priced at $95.00 which includes shipping to the lower 48.
