I am very lucky to live only a 30 minute or so drive from Dixie Gun Works. My family has lived in the area for many years and now that I’ve moved back I’ve been enjoying shopping in person there again. I was able to pick up some #11 caps and a pound of Pyrodex. I did grab some quick photos of the inside of their store for those of you interested. Turner Kirkland’s collection is truly massive and what you see in store is only part of it. Enjoy!

Wow! I've wanted to drive there from Phila. area for years, but taking in all the history sites along the way, not just to visit Dixie. One could spend many hours looking over that wall of "for sale" rifles! If that's what was in the picture. Thanks for the nice photos! I've never been thru that part of the country!

Actually they are low on many things. Most of the guns on the wall and the derringers in the case are display pieces representing a small part of Turner Kirkland’s collection...a very small part 😯

I was able to pick up some powder and #11 caps. They are starting to get low on shooting supplies and things made overseas (think Uberti/Pietta) are hard to get restocked due to supply chain problems and strongly increased demand. Parts, accessories, and clothing are all still available. I also saw plenty of stock blanks and building supplies.

Those poor ladies looked exhausted, but they’re doing their damndest to keep up.
