Anyone know of a site that will tell you when a Uberti Colt was made by it's serial?

Anyone know of a site that will tell you when a Uberti Colt was made by it's serial?

Look for two letters or Roman numerals stamped inside a small rectangular box on the right side of the frame. Then look up Italian date codes on google

Anyone know of a site that will tell you when a Uberti Colt was made by it's serial?

Are you asking about the Colt 2nd Series of percussion revolvers? If so, it will be listed on Colt's website. (At least all four of mine were). And, FWIW, Ubertis are just that, Ubertis... and although they may mimic a Colt, they are not Colt's... It would be a Uberti... (model name)... i.e.: Uberti 1851.
