I have a Uberti Walker Colt revolver (excellent condition) that I would like to trade for a Dance Brothers revolver.

Would you be willing to sell the Walker instead of trading it, if it were still available?

I will. It is tough to tell what the engraving is like. I have some engraved piettas from the 90s that are deep nice engraving, but I got some recently from EMF that were just like laser etched, which I suspect these also are. On the mechanical side I am kind of a caveman though. I've seen some recent comments here from people who really understand the qualitative issues in these pistols. To me they all are nice and they all run, and rarely break.

I have one Dance Bros that I shoot in CAS with no problems at all. I want another one but not interested in the engraved models. You will like the way the shoot.

The original Dance revolvers did not have any engraving on them at all. According to Flayderman's Guide, the pistols did not even have the makers name marked on them. I don't know if the reproductions have the makers name on them.

Yea Dixie sells the gun plain, and frankly it's a 51 navy with a round barrel. I have a .36 in that configuration from the 80s, and used to shoot it cowboy action after they banned my Pattersons, but it wasn't sold as a Dance. And it indeed has no maker markings.

Dixie had a round barrel on a '51 frame a few years back.
I failed to snag one while the opportunity was there. Dang it.
