Hello Everyone,

I'm starting a new thread to document my next build of 2 CVA Philadelphia Derringers. I received these two at the same time I inherited about half a dozen other muzzle loaders. They are slightly different from each other but otherwise in pretty decent shape. Pictures below are from the initial disassembly. Be on the look out for specific questions/separate threads as I make my way through the build.

Wow, it's been a while since I've had time to work on this, but I finally carved out some time this weekend! (I got a little side tracked making a new possibles bag: New Possibles Bag)

These are in pretty bad shape and I spent most of my time shimming gaps (of which I still have a lot to do) epoxy filling voids and minor cracks, and rough sanding the barrel and brass. Hopefully more to come soon!
