What is the best way to order parts from Traditions? I work the exact hours they are open so I can't call or email throughout the day. Is there a dealer I can use?

Traditions has good customer service if you talk to them on the phone. Email is never as successful. Deer creek would have what you need but they are also a phone (or mail order company). Can't you make a call on lunch break?
