I found it that way in the tree, I took it home, I plan on cleaning it and preserving it with some polyurethane. Made sure to wash my hands tho (read somewhere bacteria might have rabies dunno) it’s currently setting in my bedroom (still single so no one to tell me not to yetThanks! That is very cool!
Did you set that up in your back yard or patio, or did you bring it inside?
My wife doesn't appreciate the intrinsic artistic touches I bring to our environ.
She hated my snake skeleton. Ants had picked it clean, but didn't disturb the ribs.![]()
There’s plenty around my house, used to have wild turkeys around here, pretty sure coyotes got them all. While I’m no longer the blood thirsty hunter I once was, I’ll kill a coyote in a NY second given the chance.
They are very hard on turkeys for sure. There’s plenty around my house, used to have wild turkeys around here, pretty sure coyotes got them all.
I swear some of the ones around our house look like they’re half wolf they are so huge…I don’t see them very often but I get plenty of them on my cameras.

View attachment 180175 Found this pretty cool coyote skull today hiking. Look how messed up his canines were! Found it while hiking the blm trails behind my house in central Oregon. Thought I’d share this pic,I thought it was pretty cool.
Well, now ya got me thinking. It’s the size of a coyote. We only have coyotes and cougars where I’m located. That is a bear skull, not a coyote skull. Pig on left, coyote right. Pig is missing its top tusks. Might also be a pig skull, but that is no coyote.

Now I’m not completely sureAre you sure that's a coyote skull?
Ah man, now that I look I think you’re right. Well that kinda sucks…someone must’ve put it there…Dang.100% not a coyote. Definitely a pig. Looks like a very short snouted breed. Pot belly or the like.
