I have 2 knives by the same maker. One i have had for several years, the other i just bought 2 weeks ago. They are by the same maker but i dont know who. The wider blade i picked up at a flea market in the DFW area several year ago. The thinner one i got at Trade Days in Fredericksburg Texas. Note the handles are simiular. The blades are acid etched i believe to look like to simulate damascus steel. They are both stamped with a canoe and the blades have the same rear edge design. The holsters are simiular with an RT stamped over the canoe stamp. Any help would be appreciated. Dont know if it is a local Texas maker or what. These are both really good looking knives.
Thanks in advance.
DL

Thank you guys. I believe Dean Oliver it is. That would explain the RT on the sheath for River Traders. I also see track of the wolf carries them. I may order that Tiny French Knife for a patch knife.

Howdy:
For my $0.02. When I first saw these; I said '"WOW...I've seen these on TOTW's website?" I thought someone had re-handled a few knives from there? Then I realized how nearly impossible it would be to touch mark a hardened blade without breaking it, or at the very least bending it beyond usable?
Just my addle brained thoughts.
God bless:
