Corn meal - At our last muzzle loading trap shoot one said he was using corn meal instead of cushion wads. It seemed to work.

Black Dog, don’t leave because of a forum disagreement. This site has lots of good folks and information along with our share of curmudgeons. We love to argue and in some cases call names. Kind of like a bunch of middle schoolers even though most of us are decades beyond that.
