I know that copper has been around for quite a while, has anyone ever seen a powder measure made of copper?

I'm assuming based on the general subjects of this forum that the period you mean when you ask this,,,,, would be the period of the forum in general.......but...I'm wondering if Copper tubing powder measures are PC?

Pre-1865
Do you have a tighter time frame in mind? Even if it's still large, like, pre-revolution, post-revolution, etc.?
I think there is an "18 Century Material Culture," post on that "scribd" site that has powder measures. I always mess up the web address, maybe @Artificer or @tenngun has a good link they can post.

Good luck with your quest and with getting answers here that are in line with what you are actually looking for.
Well, that narrows it down to pre-1800s....So out of curiosity I wondered IF there was ever a time, (I guess) pre 1800's that Copper WAS used in the making of BP measures
