Size is Large 7 1/4. I really challenged myself with this one, I wanted to only use period correct materials to craft this hat. Hat liner was hand sewn with linen thread and liner is made out of a 100% cotton calico liner from an 18th century pattern. The hat itself was sewn with beeswax waxed linen thread. Fur is very thick and still has its guard hairs. It is a lovely orange yellow brown and black racoon pelt. Liner was attached inside out so no seams are shown, this is by far the most meticulously made hat I’ve churned out yet, would make a nice Christmas present to someone or yourself. Price is $135 free shipping. Check, cash, or usps money order to the lower 48 U.S. Price is reflective of new shipping costs, materials, and labor and will not be reduced at any time. Thanks for looking!
