Gut it, skin it, get it cooled off. Great eating.

Gut and throw it in the back of the truck for a day or two and you'll think mother nature is trying to poison you.

Nice successful hunt!

my last antelope was roasted over a fire whole along the Hamsfork river … too long ago! That was the best antelope I have ever tasted. Made Great meals.

not so hard to hunt if ya do everything correct … if not, ya can’t even stay in the same county with ‘em.

Had some luck yesterday antelope hunting and shot this buck with my .54 Leman at 127 yards. My load was a .530 ball/ .018 patch over 90gr of FF Swiss. Beautiful! Great job!! I didn’t hunt antelope this year because of how wiped out they were in my county (Sublette) in Wyoming. Maybe I will next year. By far my favorite animal to hunt with a muzzleloader. Such a challenge. Again, congratulations on such a nice goat!
