My Plans A and C spots are currently either on fire or included in a fire closure area. Thank goodness for Plans B and D-F!

My plan A is ok except for smoke. Today seems to be worse for smoke than the previous few days.

I guess I should be thankful I live in S. E. Maine; drought conditions but not like, AHEM! some other states.

My granddaughter in the Denver area tells me that they are getting a LOT of smoke from the Grand Junction area fire.
I live 15 miles east of GJ. The smoke was very bad here but is is really clearing up nicely. A bit of rain helped.
As well CDOT now has I-70 open at Glenwood Canyon. CO State Rd 139 to Wrangley remains closed.
