The horned toad says we should go to Mexico.
Just got this one done today for one of our brothers here. Its a banded horn in all natural colors.
Mottled white band at the top with antiqued tacks. As you move down the horn it turns blue/grey and then into black. The black center ring highlights the transition. The tip is made from two pieces of whitetail antler, held on with screw threads.
The base is American walnut set with beeswax. It is highlighted with a double rope pattern and a 1853 Centime with Napoleon's' portrait. The coin is copper and blended well with the walnuts Permalyn finish. Overall it's 16" long.

A little too fancy for me, but to each his own. Looks like a nice piece of craftsmanship though....Enjoy!
