Are you certain of the 13/16 and 50 cal?

longcruse, I re- measured all along the barrel, depending on which flats you hit with a micrometer and a caliber I get .810 to .808 5 , 6 times down each flat, drilled a hole in a .490 round ball screwed a ball puller in ran down the barrel and used a straight along the barrel.
It's not a swamped Barrel
It is 50 Cal
It measures .80 to .81 looks like 13/16 to me

That's a very unusual barrel size/caliber combo. It should make a very light weight hunter. Seems like a collection of quality parts too.
