Thats what I thuoght but was'nt sure thanks. Anyone know anyone selling that size ball I'm going to the kalamazoo show postage on cannonballs gotta be killer. :redthumb:

Carriage isn't so bad because cannon balls are made of iron which is considerably lighter than lead ::

My swivel puts out a nice pattern of 00buck jest want to try some ball, and lead balls are easier to make and easier on the bore, gotta work up a good huntin load

we coulda used that swivel with a load of buckshot that day we were hunting, maybe Stumbln coulda got one too if we were

It looks a bit techo but making an aluminium ball mold over 1" is not a real big deal, even with a smallish lathe. Will give details to anyone that wants them.
