Depending on a few factors, it can be done. I don’t know the exact ins and outs of it so I’m not gonna attempt to get specific. Many folks on here I’m sure know how to do it. I’d suggest you give an idea of what gun you have so they can start figuring out if that gun could be converted or not. Best of luck.

If you have what I think you do yes you can without any real issues. I've converted my Pedersoli made Kentucky rifle from cap lock to flint and I do believe the Cabelas Kentucky and Pennsylvania long rifles are made by Pedersoli. You will see their logo on the barrel.

Remove the drum and nipple and install a vent liner M8 x 1.25
Drop your new Pedersoli flint lock in and go shooting. It is possible you may need to take a couple of threads off of your lock plate mounting screws so they don't protrude through the lock face.
