Build a small mortar contest?

Hi - Does anyone have the link to the online cannon contest. For the price of postage someone in VA would send you some seamless tubing, a base plug and a piece of oak. The deal was you had to make a small mortar and tell everyone how you made it. I thought I had bookmarked the link but you know how these things go. Thanks, GC

They are building a golfball mortar, the contest ends in September.
