Brighton Buns Candle Holder 3 3/4" dia. 2 1/2" tall when assembled, 1 3/4" closed.
Called the˜Brighton Bunsâ" after the British pastry, which they resemble when closed, these candle holders were a standard travel accessory from pre-Revolutionary days up through the Civil War. They screw together into a unique, compact unit that assembles into two attractive brass candle stands. Unusual and highly practical, no traveler, explorer or touring royalty was without them. Hardwood with attractive decorative carving.
Bought new, never used $ 25 free shipping
