Is the tip of that thing threaded for a jag? If so - what the thread?

No Sir, the tip is not threaded for a jag. Just made as a short ball starter. I will add that note as a buyer beware note in the description. Thank you.

I like to use a jag with a rounded pocket to minimize deformation of the ball in a tight bore.
