I had a few requests for this video along with many questions about how I ship my long guns. I posted this in another thread but I thought it might do some good with a heading of it's own. Enjoy.

PS: Shipping this crate USPS costs between $80-$100 and about $25-$35 to build. I like to pay the receiver to ship it back to me. That costs about $25-$30 to ship back empty. Keep in mind your crate must total less than 108" Length + Girth. This crate I built for the video falls well below that threshold.

After reading the comments and researching expensive commercial options I’ve decided the wood box concept (BPTV) is the safest and most economical solution. Thankfully I have the tools and shop setup to do the box.
