Hello everyone, the question is does anyone know if mr Hoyt will bore out and re-line a 1860 army barrel? I have an awesome 1860-1960 centennial revolver by centaur and the bore is bright and shiny but the rifling is extremely shallow, like almost non existent! I get OK accuracy but it could be better I feel. If anyone has had Hoyt reborn a revolver bore I would love to know!

Funny this pops up. I just watched this interview with him yesterday.

In it he mentions making gain twist barrels for Remington revolvers and relining rifle musket barrels. If he does that I don't see why he wouldn't reline a revolver barrel, unless it's too thin. Your best bet would be to call him and ask.

He does barrels for Charlie Hahn so I guess he’d do them for us regular folks too.
