Lot of lead balls and accessories consisting of 3 ball starters, 1 large powder flask, 1 measure,
2 boxes of .457 dia balls one has 78 and one has 91, tube has 53 of .437 dia and can has 60 of
.441 dia. Total is $75.00 shipped. USA SALES ONLY

Can it be regulated to dispense different amounts of powder?
Yes it can. There's some instructions for use somewhere but I can't remember where I saw it. They actually stated to align a chamber with the barrel, insert the spout on the muzzle, push down with the regulated amount. The amount is loaded inside the flask when the spout is removed.
