It is a sad State of affairs in NYS. We are the most legislated and restricted state in the country. Its a shame when 300 sq. miles can dictate what 54,000 sq miles can do legally. I for one wish I was born in simpler times. All you fellas in other states that say it can't happen here better watch out.
