Jute chair seat webbing for sash. About ten feet long. Doubled around me and tied in the back. Washing it faded the dark stripes considerably, and it has a nice well-worn look right from the get-go.

And my face really doesn't look that fat!

They carry that webbing at Hobby Lobby. I bought some with red stripes today. Going to try to use it for the strap on my shoulder carried tomahawk sheath. Thanks for the tip.

I like the strap on the shot pouch too.

I use 3 meters long sash, am able to hold things tightly in place. In 18th-19th century Ottoman Empire/Balkans it was common to carry a brace of pistols and yataghan short sword in just a sash
