Recently made a special-order bag for a Forum member and liked it so much I decided to make another similar to the original.
Bag was made from 5/6 Oz. Bark tanned Deer hide and hand sewn with Victors pre-waxed linen thread. Measures 9” by 9” with a 2” tapered gusset. Two additional pockets that measure 6 ¼" by 4” with the inner one split into two smaller pockets and the outer capable of being sealed with a buttoned flap.
Strap is 2/3 Oz. Steer hide as the bark tanned leather has a tendency to stretch if used as a strap. Strap measures 56” by 1 1/8” as shown and can be adjusted. The two buckles are hand forged iron.
After sewing the bag was antiqued so to have an older patina to it.
Priced at $225.00 which includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48 and AK.

I have the last bag this man made from the same material and it is outstanding.

I have a lot of bags. It’s the one that goes with the gun I hunt with the most.

You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful work sir.

If I hadn't just committed to a new commissioned bag job a few days ago I would have been all over this.

Shouldn't last much longer!
